Giving a much-loved village pub a fresh new look
The Red Lion is a traditional village pub at the heart of the West Deeping community. As the business evolved, it needed a brand and website that reflected its welcoming atmosphere while making it easy for visitors to discover everything it has to offer.
The Brief
The project involved creating a fresh new brand identity alongside a bespoke Squarespace website that would showcase the pub, highlight its food and drink offering, and make it simple for customers to find key information such as menus, opening times and how to book a table.
The aim was to create something that felt warm, inviting and full of character—just like the pub itself.

🍻 Brand Refresh
I created a refreshed visual identity that stayed true to the pub's heritage while giving it a cleaner, more modern feel. The updated branding works across both print and digital, creating a consistent look wherever customers interact with the business.
💻 Website Design & Squarespace Build
I designed and built a fully responsive website in Squarespace that puts everything visitors need right at their fingertips. From browsing the menus to checking opening hours or booking a table, the site has been designed to make the customer journey as simple and enjoyable as possible.
📸 Bringing the Brand to Life
Using carefully selected imagery, thoughtful layouts and a warm colour palette, the website captures the atmosphere of The Red Lion and gives visitors a real feel for what they can expect before they even step through the door.
The Result
The Red Lion now has a fresh, professional brand and a website that truly reflects the experience of visiting the pub. The new online presence is welcoming, easy to navigate and gives customers all the information they need in just a few clicks.
